The International Ministerial Alliance of Churches (IMAC) stands as a testament to divine inspiration— a vision conceived in the heart of its founder during the first quarter of 1988. What began as a spiritual prompting has blossomed into a global movement, marked by faith, empowerment, and a relentless pursuit of community transformation.
IMAC is more than an organization; it is a divine mandate in motion—a collective of Christian leaders, churches, and community influencers united by a common mission: to advance the kingdom of God through strategic leadership, resource mobilization, and societal impact.
Our Vision
To cultivate a global alliance of exceptional Christian leaders who embody integrity, wisdom, and compassion—leaders who will shape societies, influence nations, and uphold the divine mandate of community restoration and spiritual awakening.
Our Mission
To empower and equip Christian leaders worldwide by providing spiritual guidance, leadership training, and strategic resources that enable them to become transformational agents within their communities, while advancing the principles of the kingdom of God.
Our Objectives:
1. Spiritual Leadership and Capacity Building
I’m just To develop and deliver leadership training programs, conferences, and workshops aimed at equipping pastors, ministry leaders, and church workers for effective service. To provide mentoring and support structures for emerging leaders and new ministries. To encourage sound biblical teaching, accountability, and ministerial ethics.
2. Church Unity and National Network Development
To foster interdenominational unity and cooperation among churches and ministries across Canada. To build a strong national network of Christian leaders who can collaborate on issues affecting the Church and society. To create opportunities for fellowship, peer support, and shared initiatives among member churches.
3. Social Advocacy and Public Policy Engagement
To actively engage with social, ethical, and policy issues that affect the Church and Canadian society at large. To represent Christian perspectives at local, provincial, and national levels, providing a moral and spiritual voice in public discourse. To partner with civil society, government agencies, and other faith-based groups in addressing issues such as religious freedom, family values, education, human trafficking, and indigenous reconciliation.
4. Humanitarian and Community Outreach
To initiate and support outreach programs that address poverty, homelessness, food insecurity, mental health, immigration support, and other social needs. To collaborate with community organizations and NGOs to deliver practical help and spiritual care. To promote social justice and compassion through faith-driven action.
5. Global Missions and Cultural Exchange
To facilitate international missions and partnerships with other IMAC branches around the world.To organize cultural exchange programs, conferences, and mission trips that enrich cross-cultural understanding and global kingdom collaboration. To support Canadian missionaries and humanitarian workers serving abroad.
6. Youth Empowerment and Next-Generation Leadership
To create programs that equip young people with the spiritual, emotional, and intellectual tools needed to become godly leaders in the church and society. To engage youth in ministry through camps, mentorship programs, leadership academies, and creative arts. To provide scholarships, internships, and leadership pathways for future Christian influencers.
7. Promotion of Peace, Justice, and Sustainable Development
To align with IMAC International’s UN consultative mandate by supporting initiatives that promote peace, gender equity, education, health, environmental stewardship, and sustainable development goals (SDGs). To raise awareness among Canadian churches of global development issues and the Church’s role in international advocacy.
To collaborate with UN agencies, governments, and other global actors in advancing humanitarian and development work from a Christian perspective.
